Fry the onion and scallions in butter for 2 minutes
Remove from heat and combine with ground beef, eggs, garlic, salt, and black pepper

Fry the meatballs in 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
Place lemon juice in a skillet, add the fried meatballs, mix well, and sprinkle with oregano
