1/4 cup of milk - 60 ml
2 cups of parsley leaves, chopped in the cup - 160 g
10 slices of bacon - 200 g

Chop the parsley leaves
Mince the beef 2 times or process it through a food processor
Season with the remaining ingredients, except for parsley and bacon
Place the meat mixture on a sheet of aluminum foil and shape into a rectangle of 32 x 28 cm
Add the slices of bacon and parsley leaves on top
Roll up the larger side like a roulade
Place the roll in a baking dish lined with oiled parchment paper
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) preheated for about 45 minutes or until, inserting the tip of a knife, it does not release any liquid anymore
Let it rest for 8 hours.
