1 cup of star-shaped pasta (stellettine)
1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves
2 liters of chicken broth (or 4 tablets dissolved)
4 peeled and seeded tomatoes, cut into small cubes
Salt and black pepper to taste
To sprinkle
3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of star-shaped pasta (stellettine)

In a large pot, place 2 liters of water, cover, bring to a boil, and let it simmer
Add two tablespoons of salt and let it simmer again
Add the pasta in one batch, stir, and cook uncovered until al dente
While that's cooking, heat up the chicken broth on high
Distribute the tomatoes and basil between eight deep plates
Drain the pasta
Distribute it among the plates with the tomatoes and basil
Cover with the chicken broth
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
