Season the duck and place it in an ungreased baking dish without a lid
Bake for about 1 hour and 30 minutes
Cut into smaller pieces and return to the baking dish
In a blender, combine the remaining ingredients
Blend for 1 minute
Pour into a saucepan, heat, and let it simmer, stirring constantly
Pour over the duck
Cover or cover the baking dish and bake until the duck is cooked through (for another 30 minutes).
