Coat the cutlets with the egg and then with the breadcrumbs
Place the cutlets in a well-greased baking dish with butter or margarine
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 30 minutes or until golden brown
Serve 4 fish cutlets to 2 to 4 people.
