Place 1/4 cup of butter and onion in a refractory dish

Add parsley and chicken
Cover and bake at the same heat for another 13 minutes, stirring halfway through
In another refractory dish, place the remaining butter and banana
Bake at high power for 5 minutes or until the banana is tender
Transfer the banana to the chicken's refractory dish and serve
