2 cups of breadcrumbs, passed through a blender

Preheat the oven to high temperature
Season the chicken with salt and black pepper
Fry the minced garlic in butter over low heat until golden
Add the chopped parsley and breadcrumbs, mixing well until loose
Set aside
Cover the chicken with the breadcrumb mixture and bake in a preheated oven at high temperature for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
If desired, serve with sautéed vegetables and white rice.
