1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, peeled and seeded, finely chopped
3 tablespoons of green olives, finely chopped
Chopped parsley to taste
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg for brushing

Dissolve the yeast in the salt and sugar
Add the olive oil, milk, eggs, sweet potato, and flour
Work the dough until it pulls away from your hands
Make small balls and let them rest until they double in size
Filling
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Heat a pan with some olive oil, sauté the onion, add the tomato, olives, parsley, and chicken, season with salt and pepper
Simmer for 5 minutes
Remove from heat, let it cool, and mix in the cheddar cheese
2 Open each ball and fill with filling
Close and place in a lightly greased dish
Let it rise again, brush with egg wash, and bake until golden brown.
