Place the bread flour in a bowl and add 2 liters of boiling water
Let it rest for 2 hours
Scoop out excess liquid with a clean cloth
Wipe the excess moisture off with a paper towel
Heat up the oven to moderate temperature
Put 1.5 kg of ground meat into a baking dish
Add the chopped onion, salt, and pepper
Mix in the bread flour and hands until just combined
Spread it out evenly at the bottom of the baking dish
Make a cavity in the middle, so that the kibbe around it is about 3 cm high
Heat up some butter
Fry the chopped onion until it turns golden brown, stirring frequently
Add the chopped nuts and stir until they lightly brown
Add the remaining ground meat and season with salt and pepper to taste
Do not let it caramelize too much
When it loses its red color, place it in the cavity of the baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven preheated for 25 minutes
