2 tablespoons honey
5 slices of bread form
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Mix the wine with garlic and brush the pork tenderloin
Baste it with 1 tablespoon of butter and place in a medium oven for approximately 1 hour and
45 minutes, covered with aluminum foil
Remove the foil and let it brown
Remove the pork from the oven and reserve
Make the crocante: blend the bread into crumbs and mix with remaining butter and parsley
Baste the pork tenderloin with honey and spread the crocante on top
Gently press with your hands to adhere to the surface of the pork
Return the pork to a preheated medium oven until the bread is golden brown
Serve decorated with grated carrot.
