'1 dash of red pepper flakes'
Mouliage
'1/4 cup heavy cream'
'1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice'
'1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley'
Mix the scallions, carrot, and garlic in a chilled bowl
Add all other ingredients and mix well
Separate the mixture into 10 equal parts, using 1/4 cup to form the croquettes
Achieve uniformity
Mix the cornflakes, paprika, and red pepper flakes
Dip the croquettes in this mixture
Arrange on a serving plate and microwave at high power for 7 minutes or until the croquettes are firm and cooked through
Allow to rest in a warm oven for an additional 4 minutes
