Place the chicken cut into joints in a pressure cooker
Add enough water to cover half of the chicken, the herb bunch, the onion, and season with salt
Cook after reaching pressure for 20 minutes
Open the pressure cooker and remove some of the broth
Add the potatoes and leek slices and return the pressure cooker to the heat for another 10 minutes
Check if it's necessary to add the reserved broth
Check if the chicken is tender
Combine the butter, mix well, and serve immediately.
