1/2 cup whole milk

500g lean beef, boneless
1 tablespoon ketchup

Mix all ingredients except the ketchup well in a bowl
Divide the mixture in half
Shape each half into an elongated loaf and place them in a baking dish
Bake in moderate temperature (170°C) for 40 minutes
Remove one of the loaves from the oven, let it cool
Brush the remaining loaf with ketchup and bake for another 10 minutes
Serve two loaves.
