1/2 teaspoon orange liqueur
Orange zest strips (for garnish)

Combine the coffee, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract
Heat over low heat, but do not boil
Do not let it simmer
Add the orange liqueur, stir well, and serve in small cups decorated with orange zest
Serve 6 servings.
