Season the fish fillets with salt, black pepper; red pepper flakes, onion, and parsley
In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the fish, adding all seasonings
Stir carefully once and when almost cooked, add the remaining seafood, stirring occasionally until cooked
Check the seasonings and add more if desired
Add water as needed to form a broth
Serve hot with crusty bread.
