Cut the lobster in half lengthwise
Remove the meat from the bottom and cut it into pieces
Leave the top shell intact
Fry in 1-2 tablespoons of butter
When the lobster is fried, add the fried chicken (cut into pieces) as well
For the sauce, sauté the chopped onion with butter, bay leaf, and garlic until the onion is golden; then add tomato concentrate, brandy, ginger beer, and beer
