Season the fish fillets with salt, black pepper; red pepper, onion, and parsley
Heat the olive oil in a large pot and sauté the fish, adding all the seasonings
Stir carefully and when almost cooked, add the remaining seafood, stirring occasionally until cooked through
Check the seasonings and add more if desired
Add water as needed to form a broth
Serve hot with a pirão (a type of bread)
