1 basic dough disk, uncooked

0.5 kg cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 can crushed tomatoes, coarsely mashed
1 teaspoon flour
0.25 cup creamy cheese (Catupiry)
Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons butter

Sauté the onion in butter and add the flour
Mix well and then add the tomato
Mix well again, taking care not to overmix
Add the chicken and cook until a thick cream forms
Season with salt and black pepper and set aside
Spread the filling cold on half of an opened pizza disk, top with creamy cheese in spoonfuls
Fold the calzone like a pastel and brush with egg
Bake in a medium oven preheated for 20 minutes, approximately.
