In a bowl, combine the ground hazelnuts, condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter, eggs, and egg yolks
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes away from the sides of the pan
Let the dough cool and shape into croquettes
Dip each cake in fondant and remove excess
Decorate with hazelnuts cut in half and let set
Serve when the fondant is firm.
