Wash the shrimp and cut them along the length of their bodies, without cutting them in half
In a pan, melt the butter or margarine and sauté the onions until they're soft
Add the lemon juice
Dredge the shrimp in flour seasoned with salt and black pepper
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook together with the green onion and dill, stirring constantly
Add the chicken broth and stir well to form a creamy sauce
Serve hot, garnished with parsley
Serve 4-6 portions.
