3 large shrimp

1 cup of whipped cream or heavy cream (without the whey)

Poach the shrimp in seasoned water
Drain, dehead, and clean
Melt the butter or margarine in a skillet
Fry the shrimp and green onion over high heat for 3-4 minutes
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice
Pour the cognac over the top and ignite
If desired, mix the whipped cream with the remaining ingredients
Serve separately
