2 and 1/2 liters of water
1 celery stalk (without leaves)

Season the chicken with one clove of garlic mixed with salt. Reserve
In a large saucepan with olive oil, add the remaining garlic and sauté until starting to brown
Add the chicken and let it brown, stirring with a wooden spoon
Add only 1 liter of water
Cover the saucepan and let it cook over high heat until boiling
Add the remaining water
Cook until the rice is tender
Add the celery
Cover and remove from heat
Serve hot.
