2 tablespoons of chopped parsley (optional)

For the prosciutto filling:
1 well-beaten egg
2 1/2 cups of prosciutto, finely ground
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro or paprika (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon of hot pepper flakes

Sift the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt into a bowl
Add the butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
Add the parsley, egg, and milk, all at once
Mix the dough until it comes together
Place on a floured surface and knead well
Roll out to a size of 30 x 22.5 cm
Prepare the filling: mix all ingredients well in a bowl
Spread over the dough
Roll up lengthwise and cut into 12 slices
Place the slices with the cut side down on an ungreased baking sheet
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30-40 minutes
Serve warm, cut into 12 pieces
