Fry the filet in a skillet, heating two tablespoons of olive oil and cooking on both sides
Season with salt
In another skillet, heat some olive oil and fry the garlic
Drain
On one side, heat a small amount of oil and fry the potato
Drain on paper towels. Reserve
Make Farofa: Heat olive oil, sauté the minced garlic, then the chopped black olives
Add cassava flour and mix well
Season with salt to taste
Serving suggestion: Serve the filet with fried garlic and chopped black olives on top, accompanied by white rice and farofa
Cover the plate with Portuguese potatoes.
