400g of stuffed peas
6 slices of bacon cut into 2cm pieces
One small onion, green part only, finely chopped
One tomato, seeded and cubed

Bring 1 liter of water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of salt in a large pot
Allow the water to boil
Add the stuffed peas without strings or stems
Let it simmer for 1 minute
DRAIN and rinse under cold running water
In a frying pan, fry the 2cm bacon pieces until crispy
Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
Discard half of the remaining fat in the pan
In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion and tomato for 2 minutes
Add the stuffed peas and stir-fry for another 2 minutes
Season to taste with salt and black pepper, then serve with soy sauce on the side
Serves 4.
