3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3/4 cup of red bell pepper, diced
1/2 teaspoon of black peppercorn, crushed
400g of ground pork, cooked
1/2 cup of seedless black grapes, halved
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
1/4 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of salt

In a 28cm diameter microwave-safe bowl, mix the olive oil, onion, garlic, and bell pepper
Microwave on high for four minutes or until the onion is soft
Add the black peppercorn, meatballs, and grapes
Mix well and microwave on high for five minutes or until the meatballs are tender, stirring halfway through
Add the parsley, flour, vinegar, water, and salt
Mix well and microwave on high for three minutes or until the meat is cooked through, stirring halfway through
Serve hot with a side of rice.
