4 bananas

Peel the bananas and roll them in the prosciutto slices
Place in a well-greased baking dish
Beat the eggs with the sour cream or yogurt
Add salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley, and spread this mixture over the bananas
Top with small pieces of butter or margarine, and bake in a moderate oven (170°) for about 25 minutes, or until the eggs are set
Serve in four portions.
