1/2 teaspoon of chopped fresh parsley
3 slices of smoked bacon
1 can of minestrone soup
1 can of water (use the soup can as a measuring cup)
1/4 cup of sour cream
1 cup of diced bell peppers

Chop the bacon and cook it in a pan without fat, over low heat
Blend the soup with water in a blender, add to the bacon, and let it warm up well
Add the sour cream and parsley
Do not let it boil
Serve hot with golden-brown bell pepper cubes on melted butter or margarine
Serve 2-3 times.
