1 slice of toast

salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Toast lightly one slice of white bread
Spread ketchup on the toast
Cut the fudge into very thin slices and fry in a non-stick pan along with the onion for a few minutes
Add 1 tablespoon of water and let it cook a bit
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika
Place the fudge on top of the toast, cover with the slice of cheese, and put it in the hot oven that's been preheated, leaving it there for about 5 minutes.
