4 filet mignon steaks
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 green bell peppers
2 red bell peppers
2 onions
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 tablespoon of tomato extract
3 tablespoons of heavy cream
to taste with salt and pepper

Apply the mustard to the steaks and let them rest for 30 minutes
Fry both sides, cut the bell peppers in half
Remove the white part and seeds
Wash thoroughly with cold water
Cut into strips
Peel the onions and cut into rings
Melt the butter or margarine
Add the onion and pepper and fry for 10 minutes
Mix in the tomato extract and heavy cream
Add to the pepper and onion and let it simmer for a few more minutes
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Place over the fried steaks
