6 tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 small bunch of parsley
1 small bunch of coriander
150g butter
salt
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch of turmeric
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
lemon juice
meatballs kofta
(see recipe below)
5 eggs
6 tomatoes
1 medium onion
1 small bunch of parsley
1 small bunch of coriander
150g butter
salt
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch of turmeric
1 teaspoon sweet paprika

5 eggs
Chop the tomatoes, remove seeds, cut into cubes
Finely chop the onion, parsley, and coriander
Add to a pan the onion, butter, salt, spices, and paprika
Let simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes
Add the tomatoes and cook, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes
Reduce heat and add meatballs "KEFTA" (see recipe below)
Stir carefully
Add lemon juice, parsley, and coriander
Mix well
Check seasoning and remove from heat
Transfer everything to a ceramic plate and bake in the oven
Place eggs on top one by one
Sprinkle with a little sweet paprika and chopped parsley
Serve immediately
Eggs will continue cooking in the plate
