Cut the chicken into strips
Season with salt and Worcestershire sauce
Dust with flour
Melt the butter or margarine in a pan
Add the chopped onion
Let it fry for a bit
Add the chicken strips and cook, stirring occasionally
Add the tomato extract and cook until the meat is cooked through
Serve hot.
