Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes and dissolve it in hot chicken broth
Add the finely chopped onion
Let it cool; when the mixture starts to thicken, add the chicken, cured ham, and salted sausage
Pour into a large mold or individual molds
Chill in the refrigerator
When serving, unmold over lettuce leaves
