2 chicken breasts, cut into 4 thin strips

Prepare the filling
Sauté the parsley and garlic in butter for 5 minutes, until softened
Season with salt
Divide the filling among the seasoned chicken strips
Roll up and secure with a toothpick
Steam for 5 minutes
Serve in four portions.
