1 kg of chicken (preferable parts)

6 slices of bread (1 cm thickness)

Fry the chicken in oil that has been seasoned with salt and black pepper until it's golden brown
Let it rest on a plate
Torch the black beans in a skillet, stirring constantly so they don't burn
Fry the bread slices in butter until they're toasted, then set them aside
Cook the chicken wings with garlic in oil until they're golden brown
Blend the cooked black beans, chicken wings, toasted bread, and garlic in a blender with warm water to make the sauce
Add salt and black pepper to taste
Place the chicken in a pot and cover it with the sauce
Let it cook for 40 minutes or until the sauce has thickened to your liking.
