In a bowl, mix together the egg, bread crumbs, onion, 1 tablespoon of parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper
Add the ground meat and mix well
Divide this mixture into 20 portions
With each portion, shape almond cakes and fill with a piece of cheese
Place them in a refrigerator-safe form and cover with plastic wrap
Bake in the microwave on high for 4 to 6 minutes or until the meat loses its red color
Drain excess fat from the form and sprinkle the almond cakes with the remaining parsley
Serve immediately.
