Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Shape into meatballs of approximately 2 1/2 cm in diameter, using about 1 tablespoon of the mixture for each one
Place on a baking sheet, leaving space between the meatballs
Freeze until firm
Remove from the baking sheet and place in a container or freezer bag designed for freezing
Make about 30 to 35 meatballs.
