Heat the banana puree and butter in a microwave until melted
Add the eggs and egg yolks
Mix well (don't overbeat)
Fold in the sugar and flour
Mix to achieve a homogeneous mass
Grease the molds with butter and fill with the mixture
Bake in a preheated oven at high temperature for 8 minutes
Serve with ice cream, cinnamon, and mandarin oranges.
