3 large carrots

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Cut the beef into strips and place in a bowl with the flour and 2 tablespoons of special sauce
Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes
Chop the carrots and green onion into 5 cm long pieces
Keep them separate
Heat a large frying pan with some oil
Add the beef and fry for about 2 minutes, or until browned
Add the carrots and fry while stirring for another 2 minutes
Add the remaining sauce and stir-fry until it thickens slightly, for about 2 minutes
Serve immediately
