400 g of beef (rump or brisket) ground
1 tablespoon of salt
200 g of fresh or frozen peas
300 g of smoked calabrian sausage, sliced thinly
100 g of defatted bacon, cut into 1 cm cubes
2 cups of cornmeal flour (180 g)
1/4 cup of vinegar (60 ml)

In a 25 cm diameter bowl, combine the olive oil, onion, and garlic
Microwave the mixture at high power for about 1 minute, or until the onion is soft
Add the beef, salt, peas, sausage, and bacon
Mix well and microwave on medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring halfway through
Mix in the cornmeal flour and vinegar
Cook on medium heat for about 1 minute to achieve a creamy consistency
Serve immediately
