In a 2-liter pressure cooker, cook the black beans with 2 liters of water for 40 minutes
Let it cool and blend in a blender
If necessary, add a little more water
Set aside
In a pan, fry the bacon for a few minutes
Add the garlic and onion and sauté
Add the bean stew broth and season with salt to taste
Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes
Serve in bowls and garnish with parsley
If preferred, serve with crusty bread
