2 pounds of beef, roasted or boiled, cut into strips
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablet beef bouillon
3/4 cup hot water
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Sauté the onion in butter until lightly browned
Add the vinegar
Combine the flour and mix well
Dissolve the beef bouillon tablet in hot water and add to the onion mixture with wine
Mix well until slightly thickened
Add remaining ingredients
Place the beef in a pan
Cover with the gravy and simmer
