750 g of pork cut into cubes
2 beaten eggs
1 cup of flour
Almond oil
3 green peppers, sliced
2 cups of canned pineapple chunks, drained
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of vinegar
3 tablespoons of honey
3 tomatoes, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 tablespoon of salt
Fresh black pepper, ground

Mix the eggs, flour, and 1/4 cup of water
Add the pork cubes and mix until well coated with the batter
Fry the pork in hot oil about 2 cm deep for 3 minutes or until golden brown
Drain the oil and keep the pork warm
Mix together the pineapple, green pepper, brown sugar, vinegar, honey, and ground black pepper, with 1 cup of water
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly
Add the tomatoes and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
Mix the cornstarch with 1/4 cup of cold water and add to the mixture, stirring to combine
Simmer until thickened, stirring constantly
Add the pork and simmer over low heat for an additional 15 minutes
