250 grams of fresh linguiça without peel
250 grams of ground beef
6 French bread rolls

1 egg, lightly beaten

Cut the bread rolls in half lengthwise
Remove the bread's core and leave about 0.5 centimeters thick
Eat out the bread roll's core
Place it in a bowl with water, hot pepper sauce, mustard, egg, oregano, and black pepper, and mix well
Aquen the oven to high heat
Baste the linguiça with two soup spoons of melted butter
Add the beef, onion, and garlic
Mix well until the linguiça and beef are cooked through
Drain any excess oil if needed and add to the egg mixture
Divide between the bread roll halves and place in an ungreased baking dish
Melt the remaining butter and brush it over the filling
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown
