1 beaten egg
3/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped tomato sauce
to taste salt and pepper
250g ground beef
2 sticks of fresh mozzarella cheese, 9cm x 1cm each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce
cooked spaghetti

Mix the egg, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper
Add the ground beef and mix well
Divide the mixture in half and shape into two ovals
Place a stick of mozzarella cheese in the center of each oval, lengthwise
Fold the oval in half to enclose the cheese
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the meatballs on all sides until golden brown
Add tomato sauce, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes
Serve with hot spaghetti
Repeat for 2 portions.
