2 and 1/2 cups (chopped) of cauliflower separated into florets
1 cup (diced) of cooked beef
1 green pepper diced
1 and 1/2 cups (chopped) of milk
1/2 cup (chopped) of fubá
1/2 cup (shredded) of grated cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of active dry yeast
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 and 1/2 cups (chopped) of cauliflower separated into florets

2 tablespoons of active dry yeast
Salt and black pepper to taste
Mix the cauliflower, cooked beef, and diced green pepper
Spread it at the bottom of a greased refrigerator dish
Sprinkle with salt. Reserve
Heat the milk until it's hot and pour it over the fubá
Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon and add the cheese, egg yolks, active dry yeast, and black pepper
Mix well and reserve
Beat the egg whites until frothy and fold them gently into the fubá
Spread this mixture over the green pepper
Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes, approximately.
