In a bowl, grate the orange peel and squeeze the juice from one of them
Add the garlic and soy sauce. Reserve
Peel the remaining oranges and cut into slices
Remove the seeds and reserve
To part, coat the beef with cornstarch
Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the beef slowly
Reserve it warm
In the same skillet, add the juice and grated peel and bring to a simmer
Lower the heat and cook for 1 minute
Return the beef to the skillet and mix until coated in the sauce
Dust with chopped green onion and serve with white rice and orange slices
