1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/3 cup of finely chopped onion
1/2 pound of ground beef
1 clove of garlic
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of oregano
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 pound of canned tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
120g of lasagna noodles (check the package for weight)
125g of finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups of ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

Fry the onion in hot olive oil until it's soft and translucent
Add the ground beef and cook until it's browned
Mince the garlic, then mix with salt; add to the beef along with black pepper, oregano, parsley, tomatoes, and tomato sauce
Simmer slowly for 30 minutes without covering
Preheat the oven
Cook the lasagna as described earlier
Drain and cover with cold water
In a rectangular baking dish approximately 30cm x 20cm in size, arrange one-third of the meat sauce
Place a layer of lasagna noodles, halfway up the meat sauce, followed by half of the Parmesan cheese (reserve the remaining half)
Repeat the layers, ending with the remaining third of the meat sauce and a piece of Parmesan cheese cut into small pieces
Bake for 30 minutes
Just before serving, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Serve hot; enjoy!
