1 kg of clean beef (without skin)

1 tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tomato slices
2 medium onion rings
1 tablespoon of dendê oil
400 g of cleaned shrimp
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Half a crushed malagueta pepper
1 sprig of thyme or parsley

In a pressure cooker, place the meat, water, and salt
Seal and bring to medium heat for 45 minutes (marked when the cooker starts to clear)
Remove from heat, let the pressure out, drain, and wait to cool down
Defeat the beef and reserve
In a deep frying pan, put over medium heat the olive oil, tomato, onion, and dendê oil, stirring for four minutes or until the vegetables are slightly wilted
Add the shrimp, lemon juice, pepper, and thyme
Add the meat and cook for five minutes or until the shrimp is tender
Place in a serving dish and serve with farofa or rice.
