Remove the top of the pumpkin and scoop out the pulp
Cut into smaller pieces. Reserve
Soak the dried beef in marinade for an hour
Drain, cut, and sauté with seasonings
Add chopped pumpkin and cook until tender
Place this mixture inside the reserved pumpkin and bake to gratinate
